Design Costs (What It Covers)
The Custom Order costs cover the full creative process—concept development, detailed proofs, production-ready vector files, and revisions as needed. Every design is built from scratch and tailored to your team.
These costs apply to the design only. All jerseys and soft goods will be invoiced separately once the artwork is complete. Your approved design can be applied to jerseys, soft goods, banners, pod bags, and future Active products.
Design & Proofing Process
After you check out for a custom jersey design, a designer will reach out to review your ideas and finalize the creative direction.
We then create mockups and work through revisions until everything is fully approved. Once proofs are finalized, please ensure the balance for your jerseys and soft goods is paid— production begins immediately after payment is received.
Production Timeline
Production generally averages 4 weeks, but please allow 6–8 weeks total, including shipping. This full timeline begins once your Custom Order is purchased and includes design and revision time.
Logo Design (Optional Add-On)
If you need a logo for use outside of Active products, please select the separate Logo Design option. You'll receive a full file package for branding, printing, and external use.
